Pomegranate, Persimmon and Cilantro Salad

Happy belated Thanksgiving everyone!  After too many years of feeling lethargic after stuffing our faces on Thanksgiving, this year, I wanted to bring a dish that would help in the "de-bloating" from all the turkey, stuffing and gravy. This pomegranate, persimmon and cilantro salad is easy to make and your guests will be tracking you down for the recipe.  Follow the easy steps below, and for dressing, mix thirds of lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, dash of cumin, salt and pepper to taste and voila! Masterpiece!

Garnish with Pomegranates and enjoy

Chop Cilantro finely and sprinkle on top of Persimmons

Place them in a pretty bowl

Chop 10 Japanese Persimmons into eights
