The past few years I've skipped out on most Halloween antics and opted for a quite night in with the husband, passing out candy to... {does any child trick or treat these days?} with a good quality scary movie {not horror} like, What Lies Beneath and Sixth Sense, to name a few. This year will most likely be the same, considering Halloween falls on a Wednesday. But, we have invited some friends over and I'm excited to enjoy the night with good friends, good wine, good festive food {will show you snippets on Thursday} and most of all, I'm thrilled to pretend like I am not in a 6 week boot camp program, just for one night!
